Valuation roll forms to be completed for all commercial properties in CoM

The City of Mbombela is undertaking a general valuation for all properties for the cycle 2023 to 2028.  While residences will be covered by a bulk valuation process, commercial properties have to submit a form by 15 Dec.  The form is available on the website or at Mbombela.
