MPU Province owes Eskom R3 billion – 1 Feb 2017, Newshorn

Eskom recently clamped down on municipalities which accounts with Eskom are in arrears and municipalities within Mpumalanga were no exception, including the capital city of Mbombela.

Due to interventions by the KLCBT, the crisis was averted and ended on a positive note.
