KLCBT’s president, Oupa Pilane, gave a thoughtful, sobering and rousing farewell speech at the chamber’s annual general meeting last week…. Christopher Harvie from the Hazyview Chamber commented that it is a most impressive organization and it was an eye-opener to see just how much it does for tourists, particularly concerning infrastructure.
