Calling unique Adventure and Culture Products for possible free TV Exposure – White River

Afternoon members,

I am so excited to announce a partnership with KykNET’s successful travel programme, Hokaai, My Meisie!

They have been extended for another season and have reached out to SATSA for suggestions on unique and awesome adventures for their programme. I know that with your help we can smash this one out of the park!

Hokaai, My Meisie! (Season 2) is a fun, upbeat, travel and adventure show that follows the show’s host Shari Kennedy as she seeks adventure, culture, and wonderfully South African stories. Each episode will see Shari taking a trip into a different area of South Africa where she immerses herself in the local culture and subcultures. In each segment she meets up with an interesting character from the area who embodies a cultural aspect at home in that part of the country. At the end of her day Shari reflects on her experience.

  • Robertson/Montagu
  • Hermanus
  • Springbok
  • Niewoudville
  • Pretoria
  • Johannesburg
  • White River

Should you have, or know about, a special adventure, person, or story for them to incorporate, please complete our form here. They are looking for shorter activities that they can shoot within 2 days. 

It is excellent market access to the domestic market and places visited in Season 1 reported huge interest after the show was aired.
