What is KLCBT doing during lockdown?
Our offices are fully functional, as we are making SANParks bookings for the future as well as booking day permits for Kruger Park. The Chamber is open for certificates of origin, organizing future events, and online advertising.
This has been taking up all of our time during lockdown. We have supplied valuable information to government and conducted various surveys of our own to provide accurate information. Much of our lobbying paid off and restrictions were lifted as a result. We are still doing battle for tourism to open as soon as possible.
We have kept members up to date with what is allowed and when, as well as assisted with funding applications and information on where to obtain funding and loans. Sadly not nearly enough is available!
Creating opportunities for members to advertise efficiently and at special rates. Great packages are available for advertising.

We will also do a special newsletter every week, featuring all accommodation and activity specials available to the local market. Send us your specials and we will publish them once for free.
Become a corporate sponsor of KLCBT and get a feature of your own in a special newsletter. This is a great opportunity to showcase your business, that you are open for business and serve as an inspiration to others during these times. We will gladly assist with appropriate content.
