We need recommendations for an environmental lawyer

KLCBT is in the process of assisting one of our small towns which has serious waste water (sewerage) plant issues.  The        municipality is ignoring all communication and we have escalated the issue to the MEC and HOD of DARDLEA.  Because the situation is very serious and the plant could fail at any moment, which will cause serious contamination to fresh water in a large catchment area, we would like to get advice from a lawyer in terms of legal action that can be taken immediately.  We do not want to wait until the plant fails.  By then it will be a criminal offence, but will be too late to save the water.  If you can recommend any fierce environmental lawyer, please be in contact with me.
