VUCA is an acronym used to describe or reflect on these conditions and situations
The common usage of the term VUCA began in the late 1990’s and derives from military vocabulary. It has subsequently been incorporated into emerging ideas in strategic leadership that apply to a wide range of organisations.
The elements of VUCA present the context in which organisations view their current and future states
Well-informed and trained employees ensures maximum potential is reached as well as contribution to the success of the organisation.
