The new AARTO Traffic Violation Prevention system will be implemented shortly.  It is vital that companies learn about the impact of this on their fleet management.  A company owning vehicles, will appoint a proxy—a person responsible for the full spectrum surrounding company vehicles.  This person faces the brunt of the law for others actions in terms of traffic fines, roadworthy and driver behavior!
