NB: Changes to travel visas for Mozambique

  • February 16th, 2026

Effective Friday, 13 February 2026, the Mozambiquan government introduced a new online system for visas and travel                authorisations.

Travelers who require an ETA for the UK, US, Canada and most EU markets, must now   apply for an ETA online at least 48 hours prior to departure.  The fee has increased from   approximately $10 to $48 per person.

The standard visa fee has increased to       approximately $190 per person with a         processing time of 6-9 working days.

If your or your clients are travelling within the next few weeks, please visit the new platform and submit applications as soon as possible to avoid disruption.  Thank you to Dana Tours for engaging the Ministry and supplying updated information.
