MTPA Invites nominees for Audit, Risk and IT Comm

MTPA invites suitably qualified, experienced and independent                 professionals to apply for appointment as three independent, non-executive member of its Audit, Risk and IT committee (ARIC).

Applicants should possess a recognised tertiary qualification relevant to at least one of the ARIC competency areas, including Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Risk Management, IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Law, Governance, Public Administration, Business Management Performance Management or another relevant discipling.  They should have at least 8 years relevant professional experience and at least 5 years experience serving on an audit, risk or governance committee or board.  They should possess sound knowledge of corporate governance, risk management,  internal controls and assurance, preferably in the public sector regulated environment and demonstrate independent judgement, integrity and the ability to provide constructive challenge.

Please submit a formal motivation letter indicating suitability and relevant ARIC competency areas, a comprehensive updated CV detailing           qualifications and experience with certified copies of qualifications and ID. Provide proof of professional body registration where applicable.  Submit a complete declaration of interest and contact details of at least three        professional referees.
