Mpumalanga Blind SDH was established in December 2020 by Mr. Fanie Welcome Msiza and Miss. Thembi Sibande who had a vision to harness opportunities that will enable them to redress the socio-economic imbalances that marginalize both the blind and people living with a disability in this country by availing to them a breakthrough into the world of Computer industry through training programmes and the implementation of an empowerment driven programme of action that continuously scan the industry landscape for gaps that can make the empowerment intent a reality.
