Linda Grimbeek elected to SACCI national board

During the AGM of SACCI held on 30 October 2025, a new board was elected and for the first time, KLCBT was included.

KLCBT CEO, Linda Grimbeek was elected as one of the ten  national directors to serve a three-year term, with another five to serve a term of one year.  Mtho Xulu was re-elected as        President.

Grimbeek has been very active in the national chamber for the past few years, making regular presentations at the chamber forum meetings and for a long while also presented training   sessions for the smaller chambers every Monday.  She served in several workstreams to shape strategies which were presented on national level, including SMME development. She was also on the SACCI forum meeting with NERSA in the latest round of       negotiations against the ESKOM price hike.

“I am both very surprised an honoured.  Although this is only to attend four meetings a year for normal oversight purposes, I am committed to continue to play a strong role in the sub-committees and workstreams, to inspire positive change on a national level, as well as to empower other chambers with the knowledge gained from many years of experience in KLCBT.”
