Lança Rei Enterprises is a technical sourcing and supply company that provides door to door solutions to selected customers in the Sub Saharan countries. We provide Equipment owners/operators and repair shops with the best spare parts & repair solutions to suit each customer’s specific needs. We know how to ask the right questions to determine and understand the customers purchasing motive.

Once we understand what the buying motive is then we can determine and offer the client the best suited sourcing solution, using our vast network of local and global suppliers. We offer a wide range of spare parts options:  OEM, OPM, aftermarket, reconditioned and used or service exchange.

Many customers don’t know that the OEM Machine Manufacturers do not manufacture all of the components used in their equipment, for example: engines transmissions, final drives, slew bearings, undercarriage, hydraulic pumps and motors etc. These components are mostly manufactured by OPM’s (Original Parts Manufacturers) who supply the OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturer).  At Lança Rei Enterprises we have learnt how to identify which OPM components are used in which OEM machines and we can source new or reconditioned components and replacement repair parts for many of these components directly from the OPM’s. By doing this we can eliminate incremental mark- ups, allowing us to deliver the same spare parts to you at a significantly reduced price and very often with better lead-times.

Lança Rei Enterprises also often reduces cost by sourcing equipment directly from the country of origin and exports the goods directly into the clients importing country, reducing cost by avoiding any Local South African import duties or transit handling charges and delivering the goods to our customers quicker, safer and cheaper.
