KLCBT’s Integrated Security strengthens foot and bike patrols in rural communities

Our integrated security programme funded some bicycles to off-duty police officers in the Masoyi area to patrol where it is difficult for     vehicles to go.  Thank you to Valencia who gave us the bikes at cost. This is a small price to pay for a massive difference made by        members of the community.  We also provide safety bibs and other equipment on a regular basis for community foot patrols in areas around the gates to the Kruger National Park.  This is only one of the initiatives we need to keep funding.  We would welcome any        sponsorships in terms of bicycles, reflective vests, shoes, sjamboks, torches, caps, whistles, cell phone data and water bottles.  During the next phase of our programme, we would also like to provide some training in tourism awareness with these members, but we need some  funding for this.  Contact any of us at KLCBT if you have some items that we could put to good use or email me at linda@klcbt.co.za
