During the recent flooding in the Kruger Lowveld, our reservation staff and communication staff were the calm in the storm.  They handled panicking clients and owners of tourism establishments with patience, empathy and professionalism—reassuring guests, managing changes, assisting with   logistics of tourist evacuations, keeping track of luggage and belongings and keeping trust intact under pressure.  Thank you for being the steady voice when it mattered most.  We see you and we appreciate you!
