Comment invited on draft by-laws

Currently there are several draft by-laws and policies open for public comment at City of Mbombela Local Municipality.  We made mention of the Off-Campus Student Accommodation Policy last week.  Please note that the draft by-laws relating to streets and public places, the prevention of noise disturbance and noise nuisance are also open for comment as well as the draft  traffic by-laws relating to regulations and control of all traffic matters within the jurisdictional area of the City of Mbombela.
