Profile

Therapy Counselling is about opening the creative windows through any form of art, to see the unseen and speak the unspoken through the tools given to you to cope with everyday life as we know it, finding you, finding your purpose and making your dreams a reality.

It’s a journey for you to become who you are intended to be, it’s a journey of emotional conflict and self-awareness, finding the root course of the emotional pain and emotional rejection, this reflects in your behaviours and your choices, that leads to the consequences, of where you find yourself now. With Therapy Counselling you can find the solutions to come in terms with life and your life story, giving you the ability to change it. It is a journey to design your own life, to learn how to love yourself and to love the parts of you that hurt into wholeness…
