Another successful Nordics Roadshow for Kruger Lowveld

The KLT team returned from the Nordics road shows on Saturday after a long but successful two weeks.

Abby Swartz, SA Tourism marketing manager for the Nordic region who accompanied the group summed up the roadshow as follows:

“2 weeks on the road have come to an end. Business interactions were facilitated between 40 South African exhibitors and almost 170 travel trade businesses in 6 different cities across the Nordic region, on our 2nd #SATNordicsroadshow. We know that job creation, GDP contribution and growing tourist arrivals to South Africa starts here, through doing tourism! The biggest privilege of all was getting to showcase every single region of South Africa through our 40 amazing South African travel businesses.”

We met many operators and agents that already visit the Kruger Lowveld Region and use our establishments and some that don’t.  We are formulating a complete list and a follow up thank you E-mail with an E-brochure. Hopefully this will go a long way to encourage increased visitor numbers from the Nordics to our region.
