The surreal and completely unnecessary pile-up and gridlock caused by trucks on the N4 to the Lebombo border has been front of mind for many months and is escalating by the day.  Communities and taxi             associations are attempting to control trucks….      Meanwhile KLCBT is engaging the MEC, Prov Police commissioner and several Deputy Ministers to intervene
