The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious and well equipped kitchen, dining- and sitting area leading to a large deck. 

-The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and a fireplace, and the en-suite bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet. 

-The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a king size bed. 

-The partial fourth bedroom has 2 three-quarter beds. 

-The second bathroom has a double-headed shower and a separate toilet. 

The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is also a separate scullery.

Guests can relax in the lounge area where there is a large fireplace or in front of the TV (Netflix/Youtube/Showmax/Amazon Prime).  

Free, uncapped WiFi is available at 50mb/s.

The living area leads to a deck with seating, braai facilities and a bar area  with a fridge-freezer that offers a view of the mountains. There is also a lapa and a boma with braai facilities and more seating and areas for relaxation.

There is secure undercover parking behind an electric gate and the premises are secured with closed circuit television.

As this home is fully self catering, one set of linen and towels are provided upon arrival. Laundry facilities are available and extra braai wood (at cost) upon request. Basic cleaning supplies/toilet paper are supplied. Coffee/tea/milk/sugar/spices/shampoo etc are not supplied. The water is safe for consumption. Breakage deposit required at check in. 

We are centrally located in the town of Sabie, Mpumalanga, within walking distance of various shops and restaurants. Visitors can book golfing, fishing, swimming, boating, white water rafting, bird watching, hiking, abseiling and hot air ballooning. Attractions include Horseshoe Falls, Lone Creek Falls and the beautiful Bridal Veil Waterfall. Multiple hiking trails are located in the area and along the Sabie River. The famous Panorama Route is in the vicinity with various attractions that are perfect for day trips.  The world famous Kruger Park is located within an hour’s drive, with the closest entrance being Phabeni Gate at only 55km away.

The owners live on the premises in a separate flatlet, with their pets, so NO PETS ALLOWED. The owners do not share the house with visitors and are guaranteed privacy and are always available for assistance. The home is not shared by multiple guests from multiple bookings.
