2nd Intra-African Trade Fair in Rwanda – Apply now for funding

The Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (dtic) and the Mpumalanga Economic Growth Agency (MEGA) invites you to apply to participate on the South African National Pavilion taking place at 2^nd Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF 2021) from the 8^th to 14^th December 2021 in Kigali Rwanda. MEGA invites Mpumalanga based manufacturers and service providers to use this opportunity to introduce their products and services to the rest of the African continent at the IATF 2021. This trade fair provides a unique strategic platform to access an integrated African market of over one billion people with a GDP of US$2.5 trillion, joined together by the African Continental Free Trade Area. The target sectors for this Trade Fair include:

• Construction & Infrastructure Development
• Consumer Goods (White Goods)

• Heavy Industries & Light Manufacturing
• Health Care & Pharmaceuticals
• ICT
• Logistics and Trade
• Mining

For the approved companies, the dtic will provide:

• Exhibition space and booth rental costs.
• Freight forwarding of display material.
• Air travel assistance up to R17,000.00.
• Daily subsistence allowance of R3,000.00 per day.

The deadline for the submission of the complete National Pavilion Application Form accompanied by all supporting documentation is Friday 9 July 2021.
