White River attracts a world class event

From 23-26 September next year, White River will be hosting the third Jimny Gathering (now officially the largest gathering of Suzuki Jimny      owners anywhere in the world).  The event will once again bring Jimny owners together for camping, off-road driving, live music and family        entertainment. The 2027 event is expected to attract hundreds of the     compact off-roaders, ranging from the latest five-door models to older SJ and LJ derivatives at Klipkoppie Dam.  Jimny is referred to as ‘the little car with the big heart’, which is perfectly matching the spirit of our little town of White River.  We believe the visitors (and four-wheeled visitors) will feel right at home here in the Lowveld.

We encourage the tourism industry to develop packages and special      activities for the period these visitors are in the area.
