Welcome to 2024!

Perhaps you have joined us in a very quick start to 2024 or you are    reading this when you start on  Monday, we welcome you to an  action-packed year.  All we can   predict, is that it will be a big year!  Good or bad, will largely depend on how we approach the year.

Success and growth is largely       dependent on three illusive keys which most people have forgotten.  We have noticed that during the Covid years and the recovery        period everybody entered survival, mode, panic mode, survival again and then sudden growth which caught us by surprise and took a lot of capital investment to ‘ride the wave’.  It was nothing short of a  roller coaster ride.  This made us forget the basics of steady growth.  It is so obvious that business      owners and managers are just stunned really—like we are waiting for the next crisis or the next wave.

Today we have to regain control of our own growth trajectory if we want to survive and make the most of the year ahead.  This is how:

Learning—Learn 15 minutes every day, a new subject, language, skill, art, practice. 

Get involved—A life of privilege means to give back.

Networking—Most critical, improve and present yourself as interesting and interested! You need work too!
