Update on solving noise pollution

Obviously the past weekend was a mess, but I did get some valid complaints forwarded that I could use the assist Mbombela to sort out the issue with more      success.  The first problem was that staff were not answering the calls and when they did, they were    reluctant to take a case.  The manager is in the      process of creating a 24 hour line on the regular     customer service line where calls are recorded and unanswered calls are registered, to ensure all the   cases are logged.  I will post the number on the     website as soon as I get it, so have a look at the notice board on our website if you have issues during the weekend.  The second issue was to involve the police to keep establishments to their closing times.  The manager at Mbombela had a meeting with the         Nelspruit police commissioner to request their         assistance in this regard.  The last action was that he went to the establishments and formally warned them.  In return he has requested KLCBT to engage the    liquor board on closing times and sound-proofing      regulations.  This will happen in the next week.  If they do not comply, they could be closed down or lose their liquor licenses.  We will fix this!
