Unigrad is situated in a business district of Nelspruit within walking distance of various restaurants, banks, medical facilities, public transport, shops and residential areas.

The campus comprises of comfortable air-conditioned lecture rooms and computer studios, free internet access in the library and resource centre, a dedicated workshop for technical programmes, a recording / sound studio and an art and creative room for media related programmes. A games room, courtyard and snack shop provides students with the space within which to relax (indoors and outdoors) and enjoy their time on campus. Dedicated parking areas are also available.

Unigrad has agreements with numerous professional bodies to act as a tuition centre on their behalf offering courses spanning learning areas of commerce, sound technology, media and creative studies, nature studies and information technology.
