UIF System Failures – Share your experience
UIF system is broken, you can’t register clients, claims go unanswered, the system is offline more than it’s on. The financial services profession and their clients are paying the price. The Chartered Institute for Business Accountants (CIBA) is taking action and they need you to submit your experiences with the platform. They have built a short feedback form (link below the Blitz) where you can inform them about experiences with system failures, no response from call centres or emails, unprocessed claims, forced use of consultants to bypass broken systems and your clients losing trust or income because of UIF delays. Please share and help CIBA to draft a formal complaint to the Minister of Labour and explore legal action in partnership with other professional bodies, etc. (link below)
