Tracy Wicks

In recruitment for the past 25 years. Passionate about recruiting and placing the right people, in the right positions, for the right reasons. I started my journey in recruitment with PAG, one of the leading recruitment companies at the time in 1996. By combining the knowledge gained from extensive in-house training and my empathetic approach of working with people, I was soon one of the top achievers in the company winning an incentive trip to Austria. After the PAG branch closure and reluctance to accept an alternative position offered in JHB, I decided to start my own recruitment business. Wicks Personnel Services started trading in 2000. The business soon gained a solid reputation with local clients and became one of the go to recruitment companies in Nelspruit. I was approached by MPC recruitment to assist with national recruitment projects, as they didn’t have representation in the region, and was soon invited to join their national network of franchises. Wicks Personnel traded as MPC Recruitment Mpumalanga /Limpopo from 2008. MPC was sold to the listed company, EOH, who after a while decided that general recruitment was not their core business. This facilitated the teaming up with a long-term business associate and previous MPC franchisee under the trading name of STAFF UNLIMITED.

I pride myself in developing individuals careers and placing key candidates in the right positions, which in turn leads to building successful businesses.
