CV Ready is a purpose-driven service addressing one of South Africa’s most urgent challenges: unemployment. With the national unemployment rate hovering around 33%, thousands of job seekers spend between R600 and R1000 per month printing and distributing paper CVs — money they simply cannot afford. We have partnered with forward-thinking companies that no longer accept paper CVs — not because they are not hiring, but because they want to reduce unnecessary costs for job seekers and modernize the hiring process.

At CV Ready, we bridge the gap between job seekers and employers through a hybrid model — combining both digital and physical visibility.

WHAT JOB SEEKERS RECEIVE

  • Our service provides each candidate with a complete professional profile, including:
  • A professionally formatted, up-to-date CV
  • A short introduction video showcasing personality and communication skills
  • A verified criminal background check
  • Categorisation by industry, skillset, and gender
  • A digital profile active for 12 months or until employment
  • 12 months of support, including up to 3 CV updates in the year.
