Empowerment Through Training.
Vision: To be distinguished as a financially sustainable experiental education and training provider in Southern Africa.
Mission: To develop the human resource skills base of industry, individuals and communities. The Mpumalanga Regional Training Trust will provide experiential vocational skills training and education, through demand driven and cost effective training intervention and projects.
The core of the training philosophy of the Mpumalanga Regional Training Trust lies in the credo “Empowerment through Training” thus committing the Mpumalanga Regional Training Trust to provide all those in search of skills and development with training that will satisfy the needs and aspirations of both individuals and organisations.

Hospitality & Tourism Academy:
Programmes offered include – Assistant chef’s course NQF Level 02 (3 months), Reception course NQF Level 02 (3 months), Professional cooking NQF level 04 (1 year), Food & Beverage NQF Level 04 (1 year).
Prior to programme completion and certification, learners will be placed in the hospitality industry for intensive experiential training.
