KLT attends TravelPeople Johannesburg

Kruger Lowveld’s Nomkhosi Dlamini attended the TravelPeople Johannesburg ‘Experience the best of…’ connect session last week to market the region.

Kruger Lowveld Tourism was amongst eight exhibitors, presenting to 36 buyers, at the Inanda Club in Sandton.

Each exhibitor was given nine minutes to present, under the theme “Experience the best of…”. This proved to be a challenge, as there is so much to see and experience in our region!

There was great interest in adventure activities, whilst concerns were voiced on the decline of Pilgrims Rest.

All of the buyers agreed that the region is great for the traditional safari, but that their clients are looking for new experiences.

A comment from one person was that the Kruger Lowveld is authentic. From its scenic beauty, to its people, the Kruger Lowveld is the ultimate holiday destination!
