KLCBT’s and provincial sub-committees met for the first time

Our new committee and board members had the      opportunity to select the sub-committees they are     interested to serve in.  These committees met for the first time for 2021 and in a long while since Covid-19.    It was a full day’s marathon to kick-start all the actions. We will report on each of them in the weekly news    letters, but for now let us tell you what they are:

· Relationship with Government

· Development and Transformation

· Safety & Security / Anti-Corruption

· Roads

· Environmental Issues and Water

· Public Attractions and Open Safari Vehicles

· Marketing & Media

· Support to Local Tourism Organisations & Town-based Chambers

The same topics are covered in the provincial Think Tank sub-committees where we feed our concerns and actions into the provincial space.
