KLCBT requests input on badly maintained roads in the district

One of the eight advocacies of the KLCBT is to follow up on maintenance plans of bad roads in the Ehlanzeni district, to ensure as far as possible, that maintenance / upgrade plans for these roads are in place, and work is done on time, and within specifications. The KLCBT can also play a role to assist government to unblock certain stumbling blocks or to introduce new engineering solutions for certain ongoing problems.

The Sub-Committee for “Roads” is requesting information from the members to provide information about all these roads which need urgent attention. Please mention the road number, with specific mention of which portion is bad (if not the entire road), with a picture or two, if available.

The KLCBT will compile a complete list, find out which departments / municipalities / entity is responsible for that section of road and initiate communication to obtain information on plans on those roads.
