Hospitality Sectoral Determination 2019/20

The Department of Labour will not be publishing a sectoral wage determination effective 1st July 2019 to end June 2020.

The National Minimum Wage Act, which will be reviewed in January 2020, now takes precedence over all Sectoral Determinations.
